Role Description
We are hiring a “Customer Service Representative” located in Nasr City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints and find effective solutions to their problems
- Processing Orders and Transactions: Manage customer orders, payments, refunds, and exchanges. Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Answering customers’ inquiries via Calls, Chat, Email, and providing the right information.
- Answering or making outbound transactions to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Handling Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in person. Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and with empathy.
- Interacting with Customers: Provide timely and accurate customer service by answering queries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, and Internet)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Patience, empathy, a positive attitude, and staying calm under pressure.
